Real Fruit, No Shortcuts — What "100% Natural" Actually Means at Fresto
"100% Natural" gets used a lot in food marketing, often without much behind it. So we want to be specific about what it actually means when we say it.
No syrups standing in for fruit. A lot of fruit-flavored frozen treats use fruit syrup or concentrate — cheaper, more stable, easier to work with. It also means the "fruit" flavor you're tasting was never actually fruit. Every Fresto Stick uses real fruit pieces, folded directly into the base. You can see them. You can taste the difference.
No added color. The vibrant orange of our mango stick, the pale gold of our vanilla — that color comes from the ingredient itself, not a dye added to make it look more appetizing on a shelf. What you see is genuinely what's in it.
No artificial flavoring. If a flavor tastes stronger or sweeter than the real thing, that's usually a sign it's artificial. We'd rather a flavor taste like the actual fruit or ingredient it's named after — even if that means it's a little more subtle than the neon-bright version you might be used to.
Why this matters to us
It would be cheaper and easier to use syrups, dyes, and flavor concentrates. Most frozen treats do. We don't, because the whole point of Fresto is that what you're tasting is real — and we think you can tell the difference once you try it.
